BLACK FRIDAY: Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipment of Black Friday orders due to high traffic and an unpredictable number of sales.
South of Heaven is based in New York, United States.
We have our own Warehouse and fulfillment center and most of the items that are up on our website are made by ourselves in house.
It usually takes us 5-7 business days to produce and ship orders. Products that are already premade and in stock ship in 1-2 business days.
We invite you to check the individual product descriptions for an accurate shipping estimate of the shipping time.
We currently DON'T offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless there's an issue with your order. All products are accurately described with precise size charts.
